Meet Our Senior Planners
Previous Experience:
Matt began his career as a tax accountant at a firm in downtown Dallas focusing on small business, real estate partnerships, high net-worth personal, and estate tax returns. Prior to joining Moss, Luse & Womble, Matt worked for a Dallas-based financial planning firm that focused specifically on dental professionals. Matt is beginning his twelfth year with Moss, Luse & Womble and in that time has had the opportunity to serve clients across the full scope of their professional lifecycles.
Family Life:
Matt and his wife, Courtney, have three kids – Savannah, Houston, and Brooklyn.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
Attending one of his kid’s sporting events or in the fall traveling to a college football game. Matt also enjoys to read a good non-fiction book.

Previous Experience:
Cody gained experience in tax and accounting at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Saville, Dodgen & Co, but he will tell you that his career really began at Moss, Luse & Womble, LLC. In his four years with the firm, he has worked four roles while completing the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant and a CFP® professional. In that time, his experience includes working closely with clients across the country and from a variety of dental specialties.
Family Life:
Cody and his wife Bonnie have a dog named Hank and hope to add several backyard chickens to their pet family in the near future.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
Whether it’s weekends at the lake, vacations to remote destinations, or happy hour at an outdoor patio, Cody lives for the outdoors. He also enjoys reading, watching football, and spending time with his friends and his wife.

Something Most People Don’t Know:
In college, Cody competed on a national and global level in the sport of jump rope. He attended events and competitions in France, Portugal, Germany, and the USA during his jump rope career.

Previous Experience:
Ian began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he worked in the audit practice, serving clients in various industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and health care. He then transitioned to a financial and operations role at a national real estate development company. There he worked directly with the CFO, CIO, and COO to build and refine processes to establish accountability and enhance communication across the company. He also rolled out the company’s first investment reporting platform.
Family Life:
Ian is married to his wife, Kiley, who’s a real estate agent in the DFW area. They just welcomed a daughter, Kennedy. They recently moved three doors down from their niece and two nephews in order to be closer to family.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
Playing golf, eating tacos on a patio with his wife, or serving in the marriage ministry at his local church. He also enjoys pick-up basketball and watching sports with friends.

Something Most People Don’t Know:
He played college golf for Abilene Christian University and has had 4 hole-in-ones.

Previous Experience:
Travis began his career with the Dallas office of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, where he worked as a tax consultant in the Federal Business Tax Services Group, focusing on federal and state tax compliance and planning for hedge funds, energy companies and high-worth individuals. He then continued his public accounting career at UHY Advisors. There he worked as a tax senior in the Federal Tax Compliance Group, specializing in federal and state tax compliance and planning for oil & gas companies, manufacturing companies and high-worth individuals.
Family Life:
Travis and his wife, Gina, are parents to two daughters, Georgia and Ruth, and two sons, Hayes and Pearce.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
After graduating from college, Travis took a life-changing trip backpacking through Europe and visiting the Holy Land. Each month he and his wife help serve a church-wide meal to more than 300 people.

Travis and his wife met in their seventh-grade reading class.

Previous Experience:
After beginning a career in sales, Grayson went back to school to get his master’s degree in accounting, his CPA license, and his CFP® designation. During his time at MLW he has worked in four different roles and has worked with over 200 clients.
Family Life:
Grayson and his wife Kristina have a daughter named Miller and two sons, Rhodes and Baker. They also have a dog named Beckley who is a goldendoodle.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
If Grayson isn’t spending time with his wife and kids, you might find him playing games or golf with his friends. He also prides himself in his research, whether it be for new restaurants, tv shows, or music.

Something Most People Don’t Know:
While Grayson loves to partake in finer foods, there really isn’t any food item or group that he doesn’t like. He often claims to be the least picky eater in the world.

Previous Experience:
Jason began his career working for an international financial corporation processing Securities Class Action claims on behalf of his large investment clients. After a few years, he transitioned within the company to work on their Risk Analytics software platforms, where he eventually became a Vice President.
Family Life:
Jason and his wife, Jaclyn (who also works at MLW), have three sons – Austin, Graham, and Carter.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
He loves food a little too much, so he’s either trying a new restaurant with his wife, or in the kitchen pretending to be a chef. Watching and playing sports are a great passion, especially watching Oklahoma State football. He is also a huge advocate for board games, and will talk about them to anybody who’s willing listen.
Words of Wisdom:
Life is difficult, don’t try to make it through alone. Surround yourself with people that you can trust and everything becomes much easier and more fun.
Something Most People Don’t Know:
This is the second time that Jason and his wife have worked together. They also worked together at their first jobs out of college, where Jason interviewed Jaclyn for a position on his 8th day of work.

Previous Experience:
Jackson began his career with the Dallas office of Deloitte, where he worked as an audit associate in the Audit & Assurance service group. During his time at Deloitte, Jackson specialized in primarily large public and private financial service companies.
Family Life:
Jackson and his wife, Meredith, have four sons, Jay, Jonathan, Landon, Cooper and a black lab mix, Molly.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
Jackson enjoys spending time with family, following the Arkansas Razorbacks and traveling to new countries. He also enjoys a good pick-up basketball game along with most other sports.
Words of Wisdom:
Don’t be afraid of failure. Just be ready to get back up again if you fail.
Something Most People Don’t Know:
Jackson and his wife met as campers at summer church camp in Arkansas. They both continued going as campers and eventually worked together as counselors before dating. They both still volunteer as staff and go back for a session each year.

Previous Experience:
Dustin began his career with local CPA firms in East Texas, working primarily with individuals, small businesses, and governmental audits. He then worked as a tax accountant and financial planner at a Dallas-based firm that focused specifically on dental professionals. Prior to starting with Moss, Luse & Womble, LLC, Dustin gained additional experience at a wealth management planning firm, focusing on high-net worth individuals.
Family Life:
Dustin and his wife have two sons, Gryffin and Cooper. They also have a husky mix named Luna.
Outside the Office, You’ll Find Him:
He loves spectating and playing sports, along with working out at a CrossFit gym. He and his wife enjoy the Dallas restaurant scene. He loves to travel and they are usually planning their next big trip.
Words of Wisdom:
Always make time to have fun in life. It is easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but never forget to see the beauty, humor, and fun that life has to offer.
Something Most People Don’t Know:
Dustin and his wife had a “traditionally non-traditional” wedding in Las Vegas, inspired by his bride’s parents’ wedding in Vegas 32 years prior.
